Celebrate our Freedom to Read - A Banned Books Week Panel Discussion In-Person
You’re cordially invited to our Banned Books Week Event at the Library on Monday October 2, 7:00pm-8:30pm. Join us in celebrating our Freedom to Read
Come hear from children's graphic novelist Jerry Craft, along with CSULB faculty Amy Desuza-Riehm and Dr. Alice L. Nicholas, as they discuss the current uprise in book challenges happening across the US. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Alexis Pavenick, CSULB Librarian.
The panel is free.
We welcome everyone.

DIRECTIONS and PARKING
The Library is located near the south end of the CSULB campus off of 7th St. (University address is 1250 Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90840). Please note that campus parking is fee-based.
